Have you ever came up with a really great idea at work? If you did were your ideas pooh poohed and put onto the back burner? Then suddenly in six months your manager comes up with the exact idea that you did previously. This higher manager ends up getting all kinds of recognition and even accolades for their bright idea. Anything like this happen in other stores or is mine the only one?
