I do cycle counts and sometimes price audits ! I'm just csa 2 ! Don't know what the big deal is !
Just do your job that asked of you and help customers ! |

| Chromedude, you must be unique when it comes to doing those tasks. Most csa's in my store don't really understand the importance of getting the numbers right when cycle counting. Nor do these people care about changing out a label that is slightly worn when doing price audits. That is what is supposed to happen during price audits not just being able to scan the merchandise. Making certain the correct product is above the label. There isn't a department in my store that has opening store ready labels. Every single department has a couple of labels that have been hit by power equipment or are wrong. I just don't get it anymore? | |

Two dept. managers were not around for manager meeting. Couple of us team leaders walk in the door to the meeting.
Ops manager: what are you guys doing here? I want dept. managers! Team leaders: They are not here. Thought we should show up because thats what team leaders do. Ops manager: There are no team leaders. Dont need you. Two days later. Ops Manager: All team leaders to the training room! We need to get cycle counts done you guys.
