Hello there~ I need some help. I have interviewed for an HRM position. I did all of the tests ( except the drug test) and have interviewed with an HR mananer, Sales manager and Store Manager. The Store manager told me he would love for me to work at Lowes. Was very positive. He informed me he would have to consult with the regional HRM and would be getting back to me. We have exchanged calls for over a month now. These calls have been positive in nature but keep pushing back the release of the information I am looking for. Am I hired or not. I have been told numerous times that they are waiting on the Regional HRM. Has anyone had this long of an interview process. I am really interested in the position. Does anyone have any advice they can give me on how to move this along?

Many of the Lowe's are in a very strict hiring freeze right now. You never know there may not be enough payroll alotted for you to join the team right now. The customer service manager is probably doing the schedules and Admin is handling everything else that an HRM would be doing. Really, not a huge need for an HRM in the stores anymore.
