Well, now there is no excuse for not dumping Donald Carty from our Board. We should have done it prior to the shareholders meeting, but I'd settle for now if A.L. changes his mind.
It's the right thing to do Alan. Get rid of him!

That was my 1st thought - this is the door opening for another "He has left to pursue other interests" - Carty cannot be that popular with the other Board members - they must feel like targets sitting next to him
