I was just wondering if any other lowes stores got their inventory bonus this period. We had "a great inventory" and should have had a bonus. Every inventory before that we had a certain inventory rating there were bonuses for every permanent employee in the store. Our store didnt get one and I was just wondering if they had stopped the bonuses or what.
Also, in our store, we got a 25 dollar gift card to a local supermarket for thanksgiving, but at christmas we didnt get anything. Is that the normal thing this year for Lowe's?? |

That's the new thing. Instead of two $10 cert. (one at T/giving and one at xmas), they're just giving one $25 cert. out at T/giving. redsled R3 D892 |

Hello all, I can't remember how inventory works anymore, but Ill say this, employees get $100.00 zone mgr.1000.00 asms. 2500.00 and the head cheese (sm) gets 5000.oo. that is if you stay under 2.0 in shrink. (I think that's how it works.)  HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS

It's not determined by you staying under a 2.0 in shrink. It depends on what your "budget" is for shrink. Every store is different. If you come in under your shrink budget, you get the bonus. And I think that the dept manager shrink bonus is $250, not $1000. But the ASM and SM bonuses sound right. redsled R3 D892 |
