| Are new employees being hired at your stores, while old time employees hours are being cut to pay the wages of the new ones? Is this crazy or what? | |

I WORK AT DOLLAR GENERAL AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER AND THIS IS DEFINATLEY HAPPENING HERE TOO THEY KEEP OPENING NEW STORES AND PAYING THE NEW STAFF AT LEAST 1.00 MORE THAN WHAT I MAKE AND I AM MANAGEMENT AND HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY AT LAST A YEAR  IT'S LIKE WHAT'S THE INCENTIVE FOR THE REST OF US WHO WORK HARD AND HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME
