Hello. Welcome back Retail Worker. I really missed this site. Other sites delete ANY negative posts. Sometimes negativity can help solve problems. There are issues here that we deal with at all stores, not just our own. Thanks for helping us to find a place to vent and find info corporate and sm's don't want you to know. It's good to see familiar names. It's good to know someone's got my back.

Tuffgal, its nice to hear from you. Seems to be more and more familiar names showing up. Looks like the crew is slowly coming back together. If management only knew how to inspire this type of loyalty and comraderie!

Oldskool, good to hear from you too. I think management could learn about loyalty and comraderie if they would listen to what the employees are saying and ask our opinions. They should support us like MOST of the people on these boards. We need to give emotional support to each other. We are all in the same boat. The "captain" manager feels he/she has full control, when in reality the "crew" actually steers this boat in the right (or wrong) direction. The crew can also make it sink or float. If the captain would stand behind the crew we could all have a great cruise. Happy employees increase sales. You can't beat a horse to make him work harder. Give him carrots instead and he will go the extra mile for you.......
