Are the hours that an employee gets based on how long he/she has been there or is it by rank or by the managers buddy system or by how big the employees family is ???
Where I work the lead cashier is getting less hours then a regular cashier (at least this week) and if an emp[oyee has kids then that employee gets more hours !? (This I don't understand, employees aren't given hours based on the size of their family)
There is an employee who has been there a year and she gets less hours than an employee who has been there 6 months !?
