Family Dollar Employees must speak out on the way we are slowly killing our selfs in running their stores. Due to the District Managers who hand down our sales goals and payroll amounts, we are managing their stores on a budget that is so out of line, us managers end up working 7 days a week and endless hours through out the night, just to have stock on the shelves and a clean store. It is impossible to run a store up to their standards, on what tools they give us. I need other Family Dollar employees and Managers to speak out. It is too late to join the lawsuit filed as the opt in, ended in Feb 2004, but that does not mean we cant start a new one up. Family Dollar is not fair and we need to take stand in this matter and be able to voice.
