Just wanting to see how people are wetting their whistles...

Lately, at the advice of a buddy of mine, I have tried some Grey Goose Vodka($50CDN/bottle--Best stuff on the shelf where I'm from). This, with a few ice cubes, and some Perrier water is prolly my favorite right now.

Ahh the Goose is good.

Did you try it simply over ice? If so, what did you think?

I'm currently sipping on a large frosty mug of Raspberry Ginger-Ale.

It's pretty tasty stuff. I like sugar. Smile

Yeah, I tried it on the rocks. It was too warm, so the ice melted within 2 minutes. I found it pretty hard to drink. Is it better when it is ice cold?

Not necessarily ice cold, but cool is good.

Mmmm... my mouth is watering simply thinking about it.

Take this to work. Fill a Disani or other bottle 1/4 full of water and freeze it. Then add some very thinly sliced lemon or lime. Fill with water. It's cold and it gives you vitamin C. It gives you energy. It's unsweetened lemonade. It cleans your system out.

Since it has been so hot lately, I have been buying a lime crush slurpee daily. That, my friends has got to be the most refreshing drink on a 30+C day.

Thumbs Up Oh, yea!!! I'm a pretty simple girl, though. A cold longneck bottle of Bud Light is good for me. Eh, possibly even a few shots of 1800 every now and then. Make me feel all warm and toasty. Maybe a lil' fuzzy, too. Very Happy

Had one of these last night. Makes you wish you had a glass of gasoline to chase it. Absolutely the most painful shot I have ever done...

Snakebite - 1oz. tequila + 1oz of Jack Daniels. Truly a pain killer or a memory laxative, I'm not quite sure which. Evil or Very Mad Razz Rock on!

I love cream soda. At the soda fountain in the local drug store I used to get a vanilla smash. Soda water with vanilla syrup, I think. That's what cream soda reminds me of.

Chocolate milk. But, dairy products do not agree with my stomach.

Chocolate milk

To continue with the urban legend theme, I heard that the milk used to produce chocolate milk is actually of a contaminated variety (blood, pus and other assorted icky stuff) that's deemed unfit for typical white milk.

:shudders:

I make no claims to accuracy. It's just what I heard. Mr. Green
