More than half of the customers in our stores don't know we price match....nor do they know we carry brands...... The 'script' works....use it....and you will sell more than you do today. |

| I am serious about this...lets get a giant banner for each store that says "PRICE MATCH PLUS---WE BEAT ANY PRICE!" If you are getting surveys that say customers dont know we carry other brands, then the surveys are wrong or distorted....we have carried brands since 1989...and been screaming it ever since!!!! Price match maybye they dont know....but brands????/ Dont beleive it. | |

yes, 50%+ don't know we price match.
70% of customers in the store are not responding to ad's, they just want to buy from us. And the stars worked!!!! |

how about just saying, buy from me, don't ask me about the prdduct since I haven't bothered to learn about it and don't forget to buy the pa. don't ask me about the pro's or con's i didn't study up and that either. I just want to pay my bills and put some food on the table and then you can have the good life at sears 'cause i was your sales associate......
