Has anyone had any experience with going to HR & the SM or who ever retaliating against them?

What typically happens is this:
1. You are scheduled for the opening shift following a closing shift as often as possible.
2. You are micromanaged and reprimanded for uniform infractions that have nothing to do with safety.
3. You are assigned tasks for which you have little experience and are more dangerous such as top-stocking in the furniture section or doors in the hardware section.
4. You are pulled off your meal break after ten minutes.
5. You are given time off in the middle of the week.
6. If you are part-time, your hours are cut to create a financial hardship until you quit.
