An article in Forbes talks about how the U.S. Chamber of Commerce helps fund "anti-labor" judges in local judicial elections.Many big businesses including Home Depot help fund judges who are running against judges who have made a lot of 'anti-business' decisions in cases reguarding things like workmens comp and overtime. http://www.forbes.com/2003/07/10/cx_el_0709judgeintro.html?partner=yahoo&referrer
