If you dont mind i would like to see a full response typed up that fully explains how we can get unions going at our store. Forget the "well we cant all agree" because that is only for now. Most of us seem to want a union just are not all agreeable on what we want the union to do for us. So could you shed some indepth light on how the process works of getting the union going? Also would you mind posting something in says the sears forum talking about the pros and cons of a union. I know you guys are supposed to be sort of neutral but your sole purpose of this site seems to be to help us so i am calling for your help. help us please.

Are you in Canada or the US? I ask because there may be some differences in terms of what you can/can't do when forming a union and seeking recognition.
