I'd like to hear what happened to it. I was going to launch a PM campaign, but decided against it. Let's make it public instead. Mods/Admins, please take this as a feedback session.
Members, please keep this civil, but true to your heart. Express your true feelings. Use bold, blue, red, italic ... whatever. Just say your piece. I think we need to recapture a lost momentum here.

OK, K,
Run a campaign. But you know what the problem is? Not enought guests.
Remember the old mess. There were always like 50 to 100 on it at a time.
I don't think people can find a link to this?
If you do a search on anything it just brings you to the old place.
My spin. ~GoodFella

I have one thought since you wanted it straight. I think a lot of the former RW posters are pissed about the new rules of this site. We have a lot of huge egos out there.....when they were no longer the big fish in the little pond...they lost interest....Now I am not talking about any perticular person so just back off flamers......just my opinion.

What is a flamer. I know it can be used as a slanderous comment towards homosexuals (at least where i come from it does). The rules arnt that bad. Heck this site is free to join and post so i dont mind. There are alot of huge egos out there (some don't realize they do but its true) and there are alot of negative people out there to. So you take the good with the bad, which is what most people try to do. Do i have a big ego? Any comical thoughts on that bag of chips ?

A flamer is a person that is just a jerk on a message borad.
I really think you just can't find this place easy.
This might change as all of us just spin this site at work.
Maybe more freedom in just saying what you want could bring some excitement back here.
BTW I hate rules.
The chips issue? I love Wise, more greese and salt then most.

Hey Kananka,
What happen to "T.I.A.S.E." ?
As to this, the word is travelling slowly, but being done.

Most of the search engines use the database provided by the DMOZ (Open Directory Project). I have tried to add the url via the temporary catergory editor but I've been receiving this error message:
| Quote: |
The ODP public cgi scripts, including the 'add url' and 'apply to be an editor' scripts, are temporarily offline due to a system upgrade. Expect to see the scripts up and running by noon PST on Monday, July 21. We do realize that this is inconvenient; thank you for your patience.
ODP Staff |
I will also contact the temporary editor about the need to update the directory and remove/archive the url of the old RW site as soon as I can. This could take a little time due to the category needing a volunteer to edit the category: Top: Society: Work: Labor Movement
If someone would volunteer to edit this category, they might hurry the process up a little bit. A very interesting and active category and it's not that difficult or I wouldn't be doing it.
I maintain the category: Top: Regional: North America: United States: Society and Culture: Labor: United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters - UA
which only has about 1/4 the entries. I'm not advertising or soliciting by no means. Just offering a way to perhaps speed up the transition into your new house! I personally think y'all are doing great. Loads of great information! Keep it up!

To be quite frank ratchet, I've already had to put sideboards on my plate and I thought the members who participate here might appreciate the opportunity to possibly make a difference if they were concerned about a loss of traffic to their site! I take it from your reply you're not interested in becoming an editor?
Believe me, I understand. Time is valuable, and volunteerism just doesn't pad the ol' wallet much does it?
