| mr or ms Scruffy-read my post;where did I say store managers.And wether you are a 'manager' or 'assistant' manager you are still in 'management' and not simply a 'supervisor'-or DO they throw the 'manager' title around that loosely at Home Depot?. | |

Not to split hairs.....but.....from the article..."Current and former assistant managers at Home Depot stores are seeking class-action status for a lawsuit that claims they were unfairly denied overtime pay and pension benefits by being improperly classified as managers."
The very wording of the article verifies that Assistant Managers are different than Store Managers. I appreciate your opine, however, I take issue with the manner that is was submitted, only because, you took issue with me. Again, post freely, submit articles, but please RTFA. |
