Office Manager - QUESTIONS

Can anyone let me know the pay for this type of position, how many employees in the office or how many employees would be supervised, the hours involved, responsibilities, etc. I would be leaving a 10 year position with the state to do something like this and was just curious for some first hand knowledge. Thanks.
