Is there anything I ought to know about Value Village/Savers going in? Any pointers for a potential hiree? This is my first job interview, so I'm not sure whats up.

Hi eidolon. I've never heard a thing about what value village is like to work at/for. I'm wondering how different it is from any other lowball retailer. I think the low pay and non-existance benefits would be cause for much employee turn-over hence - they may need you more than you may need them.

Benefits seemed okay from whats on their web site, of course those might not be for all employees.
