Just relax, answer the questions honestly. I know the managers will be sooooo nice, the questions they ask are from a list and they pick 5 each, so 10 questions total. They will probably be about driving fork trucks, time management, lifting etc..., each department has a different set of questions. Sorry this isn't much help. Pay will depend on the area of the country you live in. In the words of Bear "pay will be whatever the market will bear and whatever you are willing to settle for"
God I miss Bear. Hope he finds this site.

I missed you too. I was at the point of thinking I'd never find ya and talk like we always did.

How's it going with your pain in the butt woman at commercial sales? You truck should have a few miles on it now. I forgot to ask on the other forum how your inventory went. With the way you take care of lumber I am sure it was great.

we get $100.00 (5th inventory in a row). The pain in Millwork is calming down. They hired a new guy (yep I was turned down again strike 3 this store is out) and he is giving her hell.
District has came by several times for surprise inspections and he is always surprised that lumber is what he wants. We are stocked to the brim. Top Stock is full and marked and we are always there to help the customer. Now he is picking on Paint and Hardware. Told thse departments to stock to the brim and he will leave them alone too.
Yes my truck has 656 miles on hit. Averaging about 40 miles a gallon but it hasn't stopped me for asking for more money or a promotion so I can have more play money to have fun with my truck.
