Does/did anyone DJKLflj;asfjsfjkf  flip out when they were/are having a specialist/team lead/so on interview. (I know you do Spax) I had a team lead interview for the first time today! Not bad, but i didn't always say what i wanted to. "Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict between members." WHaadsl;fljdsalj;f;ljkdsafjlsf;kj;fjdsf BAHHHHHHHh

Yeah, not knowing the unknown is a terrible entity/enemy. I wished I had my 2nd 30 day review first before the 2 interviews(lvl 2), then my confidence would be sky high...but that didn't happen and I terribly spaz'ed and choked(especailly on the 2nd one). I tried to be every-ready, but I didn't know a few questions, the LOD and STL, where asking. I think I did alright, but I could of done better....damn interviews need to appear more often so I'm not rusty at them, LOL. 
I hope you do get that position, Team Leader(x2), muhahahahhaha!

 I interviewed for a GSTL position. I didn't get it, but it was a great experience. Any day now, I should interview for level II MMB.. I want it soo badly. It's a very nerve-wracking experience to be interviewed.. g/l to the others!
