GSTL, been with target since May of 2005, looking to finally work on my IDP, really stumped on it. I know my strengths and weaknesses but putting it on paper and mind you having time to do it is really tough. Any tips would be greatly greatly appreciated on writing my IDP and making time to work on it too. I want to have my IDP ready so the next round of round robins( I believe the next round is in March or late February), I will have an active IDP on file. Any help from ETLS or DTL's would be greatly appreciated. IF you prefer to email me, djrockdaddy80@yahoo.com. My background so you know, my store is number one in red cards since day one I started there, speed in my store is going up every week and trending with the district, not green yet, but have an action plan in the works and is seeing an improvement every week. Customer service scores are number on in my district too, since JUly. I have my bachelors degree in marketing and my MBA in human resource management.
