OK! Can anyone PLEASE help me interpret this stupid policy? I have an OPS manager who consistently gives our interim Admin Manager her P-Card for use. Now, our INTERIM Admin Manager does NOT have a P-Card (of course) so, my question is.......is it a violation of policy for her to CARRY IN HER POSSESSION the Ops Manager's P-Card?

True....good point. I'm pretty sure it's a big no, no, though. Oh well, maybe the next job I can get will be a policy writer.
