I am thinking about accepting a job at Rona, but can not get anyone to tell me what to expect as far as the pay goes.
What is the word?

That all depends on what position you're in, your general experience and knowledge, full time or part time status and, of course, what Province you live in.
I do think Rona makes a bit of an effort to pay above min. wage, but not sure exactly.
In BC I believe the starting wage for entry level sales positions runs between $9 and $10 per hour part time. Full time may be a bit higher, not sure.
Despite the not great wages, if you're going to work in retail, Rona's pretty good to work for compared to some of the other giants out there.

The pay is not that bad but you won,t get rich but where in retail do you unless you are managment. Iam 14.35 fulltime with benifits and pension paid for by company. Yes I think I should earn more but theres bills to pay so I put up with it. Why should I earn less than most unskilled goverment workers in labor positions. They don,t even have to put up with the Public or work Holidays unless they get time and half
