One thing I have noticed with many businesses of the last several years is an increased 'nastyness' from the front line or lower level managers/supervisors.They get defensive in a hurry, they use tactics that I thought had gone out long ago and simply such convoluted logic that one should just laugh in their face.On one hand they're doing their job as ordered but are they really serving the customers and retaining return business.Should we let the knowledge of corporate pressure allow us to dismiss the tranaction as such or should the lower level management be held to the same standards of integrity, decency and honesty as corporate executive making millions.Even if they are emotional reactionary supervisors shouldn't a sense of professionalism and courtesy prevail.Knowing the corporate pressures out there how much crap should someone take from a 10$ an hour supervisor?.
