I am curious to hear some feedback on what long term effects might occur should the employees win the case.Would our stock price suffer, and how long might it be stay down? Who would take the hit, I doubt if the "fat-cats" would take a cut in pay to absorb the cost. Would the trickle down be even more cutbacks in payroll, already showing the suffering on the floor? How long would it take for us to recover, weeks, months, years?
Any thoughts?

I've considered everything you've talked about "Giddyup", but isn't most of what you talk about happening already. This has to be a personal discision for everybody. If you think about how many years Lowes has been doing this, if they lose this case what they'll have to pay back want be as much as they took away. If I walked out of my store with anything that belongs to Lowes I would be terminated, yet they walk away according to the lawsuit with some of our money every paycheck and I'm supposed to say thank you, please take some more. I've read that retail workers are a Captive Workforce, meaning that our employers can do what they want to us and take away anything they want and we'll never stand up and fight them. But let me say again that I made my decision on my on with no pressure, that's what you and everyone has to do.
