Any one else have interesting stories of moron customers? I have had a handful of people just last week who walk in and bitch and complain about how we are out of stock on things we don't carry...like Ryobi drills...or people who insist they bought the item at Rona and try to return it despite the fact that it is clearly not ours...Also just people in general who walk in and think they are in Home Depot....Sorry had to get that off my chest...

I really hate when people insist on stuff that I know isn't true. I can understand making an honest mistake and then perhaps having a good chuckle over it when you realize you were mistaken. It's the ones who are adamant that they're right and refuse to listen to any sort of reason. But whatever, I find the longer I work in this business the more inclined I am to just say "yep, guess you're right. Looks like we don't carry that one anymore" and then walk away.
