Suprised how many retailers have eliminated the paper application because in several respects it complicates things by looking for WORDs,skills or availability that a person might not be able to communicate and the computerized applications are open to cheating-no matter where I go I frequently see a 2nd or 3rd person 'coaching' the applicant through the question.I remember the days when you had to fill out a paper application by YOURSELF and not with aide.Also many computerized applications eliminate you by not answering designated questions the way they want-24/7 availability for even part-time.The employer looses alot of potential applicant by allowing computers to do the work-and rthey wonder about dis-satisfaction and turn-over.
