I have been watching for info on the Ohio/Pa. suit on all the sites, but no one is talking about it. I can tell you that they say the reason that our settlement is confidential (we'll never know how much it was, so they say) is because the one in Ohio/Pa. is'nt settled yet. I never did understand why they didn't combine all of them together, unless your lawsuit is for different reason's than ours. I'll certainly let you know if I hear anything. Good luck in your suit, and I hope ya'll get everything you're asking for. |

I guess it will be no surprise to any of you that the checks were not mailed today. I haven't been able to get through to listen to the new message, but what I'm hearing from those who have is that a Lawyer filed something about the settlement and things are on hold until thats cleared up, no new date was mentioned.

| I did finanly get to listen to the new message, it says that it was a motion filed in our behalf by our Lawyers, I'm not sure what it was about. No new check mailing date, they just say it could be any day now. | |

The Ohio part of the suit is NOT finale. Some have reported that we have merged with the Kansas City settlement. This is not true. We have not signed any agreement papers with any settlement company.
Below is a copy of the last email I received. I did remove my name and contact information but left everything else the same. Mr. _______ Thank you for your email. Cabinetman, I have finally heard the new message also. Checks are in process of being printed, waiting for Court approval for disposition, pending conclusion of Motion filed by plaintiffs lawyer. I'm more informed following your threads and comments, as opposed to waiting for the Settlement Administrator. Keep it up, and THANKS.....

| I am confused about the Ohio / Pa part of the lawsuit - when I called and gave an address change and made sure I was part of the suit the man said yes I was part of the suit - I am from OHIO - but now people are saying that OHIO/PA is not part of the lawsuit - cabinetman - can you help - ??? | |

I sent in my papers in like February and kinda forgot about it(ALOT was going on...). I never got a letter saying they received it and I am in. Was I supposed to? Thanks!! |

Did you send it certified mail like the letter stated ? Call the number on the letter you recieved in Janurary and they'll tell you if you're on the list to get a check. You know what they tell us at work, follow up, follow up. 1-866-854-5165, listen to recording and at the end you can talk to a live person, give them your name and they'll check it out. |

Ok, I didn't send it certified(I don't remember reading anything about that) but I called today and they verified that they did receive my consent form and that I was considered a class member.

It is official. The checks have been mailed. Received mine today. Am I disappointed? Not really, wasn't expecting much. Well maybe a little more than what I received. Its more than I had yesterday, and less than I will have tomorrow. |

Unfortunately, there is nothing that states how long the checks went back. For me, I only worked as a DM for 20 months of the 3+ yrs I was at Lowe's. I started in June 2003, and left May 2006. |

It is very strange. Anytime the class action discussion gets hot and heavy on a particular site, it starts having problems? Weird. This morning retailworker.com is still down. and earlier Lowesredapron was running slow. |
