I printed off a copy of the FAQ sheet about the class action suit, and showed it to one of my friends in rough electrical. He stated "no wonder they called that meeting a few weeks back and MADE us sign these forms stating that we understood how we are being paid and why"...Has this happend in other stores? Maybe whoever is heading up this endeavor ought to apprise their attorneys of this, just in case they arent aware of it yet. Apparently it was only for salaried employees, not hourly. I wasn't at the meeting but the gist I got was either sign it, or there is the door.....

It doesn't matter if you sign anything or not about overtime. The law says that you can't be ask to sign anything to waive your rights to overtime. It's only a scare tactic to try to keep them out of the class action. If this is happening you should get proof along with the persons name who told them to either sign it or get out the door, and send it to the lawyers.
