Polli you sold less this year than last year. As a result of this we are going to require you to hit yourself with a baseball bat everyday till you have made up the difference. Remember, you count!

I wasn't alive in the 60's!
In some ways, it is good to take returns. That shows that you stand by your product. However, the system is abused too much.
Although I hardly ever return anything, I will not shop at a store that does not allow returns. I feel that if they are willing to take my money, then they should be willing to give it back if I am not satisfied.
And what about this thing of putting you on a list when you return something? I am totally against it. I realize that some people are dishonest, but don't penalize the rest of us!
It's also a "customer service" thing to give people the price when something is signed wrong. Customers think we "have" to do it, but it is not the law, it is simply customer service.

in regards to the first post on this topic, MONEY, yes, if you do go on call, supposedly you would lose your benefits, tho for the life of me i can't figure out why. but to keep your benefits, you MUST work 12 hours a week minimum. if you are scheduled for more than that, BUT give those hours to someone else, that WILL affect your benefits. the scheduling manager told me so. just thought i'd mention it.

p.s. but if you're really not going to be here long, it really doesn't matter. it would affect your vacation time NEXT year, not this year's.
yes, kids. i AM still alive. but i gotta tell you, i really don't like this site nearly as much as the old retailworker.com. this one...i don't like the setup, and the topics are really getting...well.....off topic. what can i say? can we figure how to start another like before?
i wonder what all the other people from all the other stores are doing now? like....best buy, home depot, jcpenney, etc.

Normarae, where have you been? I missed you!
You're right, this site isn't quite as informative, but it's all we've got!
Have you been watching too much Big Brother again???

This site is growing on me. I like some of the new features that we have gained. However I do miss the old one. It was more user friendly than this one is. I just think we are lucky that we at least have this site! We could have lost each other.
