I recently dialed up a friend at her Macy's workplace and she gave me some info that she was frustrated because her co-worker kept calling in due to "personal problems". Now this person apparently needs to get her life together because it is affecting everyone in her department but no one has given her the pink slip! Now if you and have you been in this position where a co-worker was kept on the payroll even though they kept calling in, came in late, and was void of all emotion that they could not function at their job which made it even harder for everyone else, please share your stories!

| My girl friend works for Claire's. They run a store with only 4 associates. They currently have 1 girl who is always complaining that she never has any money yet when she is offered hours she turns them down and when she is scheduled she calls out. She has a negative attitude and makes life miserable for my girl friend and her other 2 co-workers. | |

I swear those are the types..that just fall through the cracks.. Macys never catches them and let them go..I have one like that at work..she finally got a good job..and dont show up for this part time job..Then quit..let someone else have the hours..geeze whiz
