well....they should be finished talking to everybody who ws a BE and not receiving a raise. by the end of the month, you should have received your review.
i believe that they are waiting on rates for those of getting an increase.

Last time I had MACY Money, I told the lady that I was graduating in May and she slipped me an extra reward certificate and said congrats on your graduation. She didn't appreciate sitting at that blasted table I don't think.

You mean by the end of APRIL??? I was hoping that the rates had already been decided, since things aren't looking too hot for Macy's right now.

it is different in different divisions.
i know we will start to administer reviews in the next couple weeks. it is a long process. all reviews are seen by store managers and HR managers. some even go to central HR.
of course it takes longer for support revkiews to be completed because they are subjective while associate reviews are numbers driven.
there are certain formula that have to be followed to decide rating and rate. once that is all determined, they can be administered.

How many does a typical Macy's store employee? Home Depot was 60, Lowes was 90-110 depending on season.

500-600? Isn't that all of the associates in Macy's East?
MAYcylady, I hope you were not the lost one when you went from 6-5!

The bulk is store sales, which is one EVERYONE'S review, CRL's, and ebit. The remainder varies by division.
