Depending on what store, you maybe required to go to your appliance holding area, pull your own appliance, as well as load it into the customers vehicle. Just like at any retail place, there will be some down time, no customers etc, you will be required to help put up and pull down freight, do price audits, as well as do cycle counts to correct inventory. for all I know, you do these same things as sears. In a perfect world, as a sales specialist you would be responsible for nothing more than selling appliances to customers, and there would be a never ending line of customers wanting you to do just that. I am not trying to make it sound better or worse at Lowes. I have been with the company for ten years, I will stay another ten. I am at an age where I feel I need to make a decision about my future, I made that decision. I put ten percent into my 401k, I do the very best that I can do.
