I'm sure Normarae or Money will put you up for a night or two...

Fashion, what happened to your Donald wig?

Well I still have the free one they gave us, but I would like another. Maybe in a different color.

Well either would work, but Money would have to hide his Macy Money in a different mattress!

If you haven't already read it, get a copy of David Sedaris' "Holidays on Ice".

Fix yourself a nice hot beverage (rum, Bailey's, Everclear), curl up in a comfortable place by the fire (even better if you have a fireplace at home), and enjoy the short story "The Santaland Diaries", a heartwarming tale about an unemployed writer who finds the true meaning of the holiday season working at Herald Square.

As an elf.

You won't regret it. Cool

Oh, I thought maybe someone mistook it for a dead squirrel and threw it in a dumpster.

If you want a squirrel on your feet, try Muks. We are selling them in Herald Square, and they cost at least $340. They are made of real squirrel (black,) hamster (brown,) and rat (grey.) I think we will need Polliana's help in selling them. Would you be willing to share some margaritas though?

On a side note, I found out that the next season of Project Runway is sponsored by Macy's. There will also be a feature of the new INC footwear. Interesting how marketing is sending thirty-five pairs of shoes from New York to California for that. Although I know it won't be credited, but bragging rights also goes to The Burger for retrieving the shoes.

Are you sure that they are made from dead squirrels and not the Donald's hair? I'm thinking that's how he is getting so rich, everytime he gets a haircut, he sells the hair to Macy's to make shoes....

Burger, I just have to say that your job is way cooler than mine! Smile

Yahoo! I love project runway... and that is Macy's fault. I started watching it the season that they sponsored it. I'm so glad they are filming another season!

MSNBC is reporting that Project Runway will NOT leave Bravo due to an injunction by the court saying that the shows owners can NOT leave Bravo for Lifetime.

I hate to say this, because I didn't like him, but Suede got jipped the other day. I was really sad when he left because his design was the better of the 2. The judges have made some really crummy decisions this year.

Are you referring to the musical genre outfits? I agree. The pants may have been a bit boring in the rocker outfit, but the hip hop outfit looked like something that can be found in a local store. And that flip hairstyle was hideous beyond belief.

Suede went Home. Suede didn't like going home. Suede wanted to go to Bryant Park. Suede needs to learn to talk in the first person.

Thats why I didn't like Suede.

What about that one girl's pant? I swear I saw them on a display at Dillard's or Penney's or Belk's or something?

You mean the high waisted ones? I've seen that entire outfit at Rainbow/Charade, and maybe even Easy Pickens. I don't know if they are anywhere outside New York City, but they cater to the "urban" customers with tasteless classless stuff. They also sell cheap quality shoes and designer knockoffs.

we have Rainbow in FL. I always thought it looked ghetto, so I never went in it... until my shoe broke at Publix. I had to go in and get a pair of flip-flops so I could do my grocery shopping.... well I was right, none, and I repeat NONE of the clothes looked like anything that was my taste. Sometimes I like to look sassy, like when I am having a night out, these clothes were beyond sassy.... Embarassed

Good girl, Lady. I don't hate you anymore. At least you have good taste, even if you do get to go three weeks without buying gas.

I very much agree dude. We should march right up to corporate in Ohio and comment about their lack of diversity.

And I have to tell you all how OFFENDED I was that no one at my store observed "International Talk Like A Pirate Day" on September 19. There were no banners, no parrots, and no booty.

The NERVE!!!

Just watch. They'll probably prohibit any celebration of "National Clean Your Refrigerator Day" on November 15, or ignore the festivities of "Buy Nothing Day" on November 29.
