Our store recently had people from the HI dept come in overnight to clean and paid them training pay. What happened to getting paid MITT?

HI has got to be one of the more labor intensive departments but at the sametime the commissions aren't that great either.I don't know maybe some make out on training pay-I hope not.
Overnight cleaning-a visit?,Anyone in danger of going over 40.

Of course there was a visit, they always make us work like slaves prior to a visit and no one is over 40 hrs people are lucky if they even have 20 hrs. Sears is nothing but a joke

I'm scheduled for at least 35 hours a week and usually manage to get over 40.
Pay? I'm usually hitting $12 an hour, sometimes $15.
From what I was told, after four hours of training rate, you hit MITT.
