if someone switches from a commission sales job to a hourly pay job noncommission ,and if someone one returns something you sold when you was on commssion do they still take it back from your pay

Try to avoid giving any identifying information wether it be title,store,region,city etc.You never know who is reading these things or what you might say one day.
Not unless your switch is in mid pay period ie 1 week/last week commission and 1 first week non commission.
If they promised you benefit rate for non commission watch out,unless you have it in writing you can and probably will loose it.
