No it was our host. We had a bit of a billing dispute but it's all taken care of now.
We were billed for "additional traffic" despite our account having "unmetered bandwidth" so I disputed the charge. Before the situation could be resolved, however, my computer blew up (I've been offline for over a week) and thus our account went into arrears and into an "administrative hold" status. Sorry for the inconvenience folks - it's only sorta my fault. 
On the plus side I've got a new 'puter and now enough spare parts to build us a decent chat server. And, if you're ever in the market for a web host, I've still got to recommend netnation - their customer service is phenomenal. |
