Hi slek - it's me again !  In studying the Kmart and Sears Forum statistic on the index page I am asking you to consider combining the two stores - they are no longer two companies - and their company name is Sears Holdings Corporation - if you look at Sears forum, you will see over 4,000 topics and well over 40,000 replies to those topics - when you look at the Kmart forum, there is a mere 25 topics and only 121 replies to those topics
I suspect that Kmart observers and/or employees are observing and responding more in the Sears forum - I believe by combining the two stores and creating a one company forum (Sears Holdings Corp.), the employees from both stores will share more information, and gain more confidence and strength in challenges they are both going to be sharing in kind - I personally believe Sears people will benefit greatly with the knowledge and support Kmart people can bring to the table In bringing the two stores together, I am sure Kmart people will find a greater desire to join, participate, and contribute - Sears participants are hungry for what the Kmart side has to share JUST a Thought

| slek - there hasn't been any opposing input about combining the 2 forums - the 2 opinions posted were in agreement to the suggestion - Monday will be the 1st operational day for the new Sears Holding Corp - one year ago next Monday is when SHLD was listed; and up and running on the Nasdaq - that would be a good day to start a combined forum for Sears Holding Corp - sooooo - what do you say? | |

I've visited the Kmart site as well. It might be better to create a merger and perhaps your next move could be to take over the world! (cue: madman laughter)
