Unfortunately I sat through it...nothing new, just an hour out of the day that was unproductive. While we're on this topic, was anyone else ashamed of the comment that was made about helping the mom and pop stores "close their doors"?????

I know we got emails saying it was mandatory and that ol Nick Canter would be talking. I was off today, talked to someone that was there. said it was more of the same ol crap. Read some customer comment letters talked about focusing on customer service. How out of touch with reality are these good ol boys....they truly have no concept of what goes on in today's big box stores

If lowes thinks they can just close down a mom and pops hardware stores they are stupid and are way to powerful. they are FOOLS!!!
