Did anybody really buy that bullshit as any kind of "economic stimulus"? It never was anything more than a stupidly conceived attempt to divert attention from the impending crisis and try to convince the people that all they needed to do was spend more money THEY didn't have and the crisis would be averted. Perfect illustration of the average IQ level in the current administration, eh? Financial sector fares no better: In addition to a potential 200k public employees hitting the unemployment lines we have the following:
I'm having trouble getting up much sympathy for any of that bunch since as far as I'm concerned they are the root cause of most of the problem but still, you have to add those numbers into the overall total. And these are just job losses in the finance sector which is all the financial media cares about of course. The number of jobs already lost and in line to be cut in ALL OTHER sectors due to the ripple effect of the current economic situation also number well into the hundreds of thousands if not millions. The labor department better hope a LOT of people have their benefits run out and fall off the unemployment rolls real quick if they're going to keep up the same old song and dance in regard to unemployment, eh? Will they still be trying to avoid using the "R" word to describe what's going on then just so the people causing the problem can suck the last few bucks possible out of the situation? Probably.

I'm no expert but here goes ...3 things 1.the value of the dollar being driven down by less and less principle ownership and movement of funds ie re-financing mortages banks issuing too many cc and us consumers having enough self discipline to say no thanks...2. I want some cookies ..I have cookies in the cabinet to eat in my own kitchen..but I decide to drive to Wal-Mart to buy the same cookies I already own..make sense??? NO?? Then lets start making some freakin holes in our own dirt and get that "bubblin brew" going. 3..We need to kindly ask OPEC if they are quite done owning our balls and ask for them back they have owned them long enough they might be bored with them.
Watch this Isreal / Iran thing God help us if that thing goes off!!
