Does anyone know the reasoning behind denying access to myloweslife while out on leave or worker's comp? I'm out right now on wc and wanted to check on company policy for things I need to do, like keeping up insurance, etc, and found out that I couldn't get in it while out. I couldn't even view my last paycheck. I called my hr manager and he gave me a number to call payroll to maybe get a copy of my check, but still, why are we shut out while on leave? He also said I'd be contacted about keeping up my insurance. It would be nice to be able to actually read company policy though.
This makes no sense to me.
Thanks for any help.

Call IT.

Call the store and ask for IT's number

it will take awhile but they should be able to reset the password.

When you are on any type of leave your sales number is suspended. This also screws you if you had some commissions or sos sales pending. No commission on those while you are out. Liberty Mutual will not reinstate you to a status where you can access myloweslife until you are released by the doctor.

Make certain to follow the instructions if you want to maintain your medical insurance. If you don't make the payment while you are on leave they will cancel your medical/dental/vision insurance and you will not be able to reapply until open enrollment at the end of the year.
