I'm wondering if whomever filmed these got the permission of the associates in the video and of course Lowe's? I'm betting not. Cameras are not allowed in the store and video taping is a huge no no. I can't imagine anyone would risk their jobs willingly to be in a video for any reason.
Where in the hell was anyone to tell these people that cameras are not allowed in the stores? The MOD, the lp, hell the csa in that area, where were they?

It is not "customer friendly" to say anything adverse to the shopper. So, just wait on them and let them go on their way. Other wise they will write a nasty letter to Larry Stone, who will chew them out in the LoweDown.

It would be impossible to sue a customer to say it is illegal to record in a store when the store records everyone....
Just like in recording telephone conversations it usually is legal if at least one party knows. EVERYONE knows that there are cameras in stores

How many pounds did u lose, what size was it before, did you get any footage while you lost it? Did you film losing it in a Lowe's store and when can we expect to see it on youtube?

The Lowe's cameras are used for LP, not YOUTUBE. There is a huge difference between them, Mdovell. Not only that it is against policy to allow photography of any kind in the store. There are people out there who will come into the store and take pictures of the barcodes and go home and use their printers to print new pricing labels. There are many reasons for not allowing non-authorized Lowe's videos out onto the Internet. No one mentioned anything about "suing" because of the videos.

I forgot most of the managers in the stores don't have the sack to step up to a customer and tell them that videotaping or photography is not allowed in the store. Once again no one wants to sue the customer just stop their silly asses from breaking a store policy.

Those videos were hilarious. Nice to see people making others laugh. If you watch the other videos with Home Depot and Ikea in them, he told them about it most of the times and the employees laughed about it. Can't you people just have a sense of humor.

Great humor! I believe I may have waited on that fellow the other day. He sure seems familiar. Sadly, if Lowes get wind of these videos and finds those Lowes employees in the video, their job at Lowes will be history. Thanks for the humor!

Those were some funny videos, I especially enjoyed the robot one. I've had some odd customers in the past but nothing like the guy in those videos.

They guy is a local comedian. However no one knew that he was filming until he told a few folks at the store it was on you tube. It was funny as heck and I thought everyone could use a good laugh.
