Just another unsatisfied customer horror story.

| He just laughed when I went through my story of frustration with the Sears service personnel and told me he had had 75 similar calls in the last 2 days. His bottom line: Sears is not sending him product and he has nothing to deliver. |

Well, Sear's business model of selling non-existent products won't last much longer

Running out of appliances?
Hmmm, changes in BC commission, store coaches complaining sell what you have and alot of management changes all at the end of the 2Q.
This customer was pretty sharp, got through to the SLS wharehouse. She also noted that the sales associate do NOT have the tools to fix delivery problems (among others). And she spoke to 'the acting store manager'...
That should of showed as not available for those orders.Or these are consignment orders direct from manufacturer. This order shouldn't have flew if there were that many backorders.Somethings up.

Out of 6 appliances NONE of them were available for delivery...?
I've had one get damaged on the way, and very occasionally one delayed a few days... but six just not showing up???
I call shenanigans.
Plus, where'd she get the number to the warehouse? I have my local # and no one here believed it when I said it.... hows a customer gonna find that number?

Sometimes a reciept will print out but the actual order won't take or just one out of stock item can throw the whole order off.Sometimes it's a good idea to green screen the rec to make sure the transaction completed. There could be phone company line trouble or even building cable trouble that can cause an order not to complete.
I wonder if all these were completed on one reciept or multiple reciepts then linked.

If its diff departments, thne it would have to be separate rings
I always have to ring them individually and then link - the salesperson might have screwed up and rung the order as pick up or take with - but there is no way that 6 properly rung up units could simply get lost in the system.
