Well it has taken ol' FG a couple of years to bring about the beginning of the end of Impact, but the process has finally been started. Impact's arch nemesis NMS has completed the test phase of the In-Home Assembly program and according to FG's sources it went very well. The program has now been expanded into other districts. At this time we are not revealing which districts until all of the Impact P.O.P has been burned at the stake. I'm back, I'm bad, I'm black and I'm mad. FG signing out!!! Evil or Very Mad

It's the old Texas 2 step at Implode now. They have combined all the divisions into 1. I find this very interesting and here is why! In 2006 they merged with Huffy/Nasco and split the management between the 2 companies. This meant that there were only 50% of the managers who knew anything about furniture. Now you have most but not quite all of the NVS management taking over, so this means that they now have little or no management that knows the furniture business. Boy I hate being right all the time. I have said for the last 2-3 years that this is were they would end up and it looks as though I am right. All of the other assembly companies should take note. Rock on! Rock on. FG signing out!!!

Oh! I almost forgot. How many more times are they going change the name or combine divisions so that they can escape the TAX MAN? Just a thought to put out there.

Update! From my understanding the new name of IRG is going to be Impact Services. If this is the case, how many times have they actually changed the name of this company? Somebody's poisoned the waterhole!!! LOL! Very Happy FG Signing Out.
