Are there any PSC's out there?
I don't know about you all, but I am SWAMPED and I am rarely able to accomplish many of my job requirements other than making sure the price changes and tab signage are done.
I'd like to hear from other PSC's. Do you have dedicated help? Do you only get help when you have a ton of price changes?
I work my butt off, don't take breaks and there is NO WAY I do everything I'm supposed to.
Curious as to what goes on in other stores.

Ours just got hit with 801 on Friday. This poor person was just a blurr in the store. The ops manager even made one of the psa's quit their tasking and help with price changes. I have a friend in another store that keeps getting hit hard with tons of changes. The admin manager insists that it is a one person job. How can that be if every store is having to get help to complete their tasks?

Price change execution is part of the PSA’s (un-written) duties, however most of them don’t execute it because they don’t care, but realy it’s an issue of direction from the VSM. Soon to be PSM, which is actually an acronym of a former service company. When they change their name from VSM to PSM, it will be the last act & plan completion of the total theft of the service company’s business model. At any rate, not wanting to switch to far from the issue at hand, Lowe’s is executing massive price changes in order to hopefully increase average sales per visit since the 4th quarter was so dismal compared to HD. The analyst are still trying to figure out why that is the case & this is why Lowe’s new advertising campaign surrounds the “Lowes’t” theme. Pretty soon the stock price is going to be the “lowest” it been in over a year….
