The Great R-W Giveaway! Any volunteers?

To make a short story shorter, I no longer have the time or inclination to manage this site. However, rather than letting it slip into the abyss like its predecessor I thought I'd offer ownership of the domain name and, optionally, the forum and the content contained therein to one or more members of the community. Thus I'm looking for a volunteer(s?).

Responsibilities are minimal: a few hours per week approving legitimate registrations and removing spammy registrations, thats all. The new owner will require an account with a domain registrar (so I can transfer the domain name) and an account with a hosting provider to host the forum if retained.

Should the new owner decide to keep the forum and maintain the advertising s/he would also be required to acquire a google adsense account. In its current form and with the amount of traffic the site currently generates the site pays for itself and provides a handsome wage for the amount of time required to manage it. An ambitious & web-savvy individual could likely grow the already respectable traffic levels into something more. So, it won't make you rich but with some time and effort it might.

I reserve the right to choose whom to grant ownership to or, should no suitable volunteer present him or herself, simply shut the site down.

Preference will be given to long-time members. Some experience managing web sites would be desirable but is not strictly necessary as I'd be happy to help move and set-up the site at its new home.

So, if you're interested, state your case in this thread. There's no need to be elaborate about it but do let me know if you have some experience and what, if any, plans you might have. Also feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer them in a reasonable amount of time.

I'd like to have the matter settled before the end of the month and spend maybe the first week of April facilitating the transfer.

Edit: No nominations, no seconding, and I'm not interested in any inter-forum disputes. This thread is simply for throwing your name into the hat if you're interested.

I would like to express my interest in managing this community. I have been a part of several retail sites since 2007, and within the past year I have also created my own community, except it involves computers. I have experience with communities as a general, but also I have extensive experience with phpBB, anywhere from general use and administration to modifying the software. If I start managing this community, I would plan on upgrading the software of this site to a more advanced software suite offering a lot more features. I myself would hate to see this forum go under just as YAWM and RW have gone down within the past two years, but I feel that I have the experience necessary to improve the site as well. Anybody willing to second my motion to add myself as the new Administrator of R-W???

I would be interested, primarily to continue to fill the void left when RW went under. I would only be interested as a sole administrator, and I would also only be interested if there were no strings attached.
I think people need a place they can go to share information, laugh, agree and disagree, about thier employers.
I also think that folks need an option that doesn't include Bunker, and everything that goes with it.
