Apparently Target has been illegally dumping hazard waste into it's dumpsters and landfills. Some of that waste includes chlorine,pesticides and medical waste ???
Target has been warned in the past but apparently ignored those warnings. Target has had a ' concious disreguard ' for hazardous waste according to officials.
Kmart already fined 8.65 MILLION dollars for similar violatons.
This is probably a common problem at the retail level since many of the employees are not trained or probably don't care thinking everyone else's poop stinks but their own.

Was anything ever mentioned about Hazardous Materials since the news broke other than rountine training ?
