So this guys buys a crapton of oil, keeps it in tankers floating in oceans around the world, lowers the supply of oil by doing so, then when the price goes up more than what the shipping has cost him, brings the oil ashore, and profits while you and I pay through our nose at the pump. Milking American's for millions at the pump makes this guy a genuis, worthy of a $100 million bonus. Oh, and guess who is on the hook for his $100 million bonus? Citigroup, or to be more precise you and I through our corporate welfare program known as TARP. Screw all of these bastards.

For those that cried waaah the whole economy will fail without bailing out the AIG's, Goldman Sachs, and banks of the world, here's your result. Wall Street is doing just fine thank you very much, asshats like this guy and all the other corporate socialists are watching thier portfolio's climb back up, all the while unemployment continues to rise, and the gulf continues to widen between the middle class and the corporate elite.

You know, as long as we have people... working class people... that buy into this deregulation and get government out of private business crap to the extent that they do... this is what's going to happen.

It's just one damned example after another of crap like this... I don't care what industry we're talking about and these stupid idiots STILL scream about Socialists and Communists every single time you suggest that there might be something wrong with this picture.

Until it chews its way through the middle class asses to the point that they too feel like they're sitting on a flipping grape, they're going to scream and beat their breasts and wail and gnash their teeth about how the government should have nothing to say about anything their Wall Street masters decide to do to the country.

We've had people right here on this forum vehemently DEFEND exactly the kind of crap your link points to... they actually figure it's better for 95% of the population to live in poverty than it is for the government to attempt to regulate the predations of the other five percent who already get half the country's income.

Until we get through this wall of bought and paid for politicians and the rampaging stupidity that the one percenters have erected around themselves by playing on the base emotions of the absolute lunatic fringe that goes out and does their dirty work for them, it's only going to get worse.
