Anyone else having problems with signs not downloading on Tues/Thurs like they are supposed to? The past few weeks either they didn't download at all or downloaded VERY late.Really causes issues when you have some one scheduled to print/sort them and you are locked out of the sign riter all day.Yesterday we were locked out until after everyone left then over 4500 signs appeared. I won't even get into the issue with the B1's.I was told that they are smearing because we switched to recycled toner? Can't even print more then one sheet. We've tried everything and nothing works. Speaking of signs......has anyone seen the Nov. calendar? We have ad sets every SATURDAY(on top of Sundays) in Nov. These are not Friday night ad sets they are Sat. morning! Next Saturday there is over 3000 just in HF for Sat. and we open at 9.I'm going to assume we will only use half of them but still that is a big ad for one day for us to set in 2 hours. We got told yesterday that we have to work every Sat. AND Sun. in Nov.We are used to having to work every Fri. NIGHT in Nov. but every weekend/both days? Why did they do away with the early activation of Sat. ads? At least Black Friday we can start at 3 p.m. that Weds. God knows what time we'll get out though!

the fix for the stickers is to use tray two or three and set the paper type to color. to do this load the paper and start printing from they tray you used hit pause then go in to menu by hittin ghte check mark go to paper handling choose the try you are using type and change to color. I have had no smearing problems with it since I am doing them this way. Next weeks saturday ad is now going to activated early according to an alret posted yesterday..

We are coming in Fri. night to set the ad up only because the lead is having to work that night. We are going to take it week by week so we may be switching back and forth.

It doesn't surprise me that we have to work the weekend it's Nov.

Isn't the next ad for Friday and Saturday?

Coming in Friday night to put up signs would only be to put up Saturday Doorbuster ads. Someone has to put up the Friday morning ads as well.

I don't understand why they won't early activate some of these ads as they have in years past. Confused
