What a joke raindeer run at several Northeast region stores fails miserably regional VP blast store managers for a huge failure in almost every area of there core values from poor customer service to stores that look like flea markets well no surprise to those that do the actual work hope management gets what they deserve TERMINATION!!

Eh. It's the same old bullshit. It's boring. As if some crony of Eddie's is going to save the company or something. *rolls eyes*

Used to be the ever vaunted visit was just to scare/motivate you to get the store in shape. Now a days it more than just a juvenile tactic. It just one of many excuses the crew WILL use to fork you no matter what. They don't add to sales but it does add to the pressure scale.

If they want a reason to shoot you down; they'll find it.

If they want you to pass, they'll overlook whatever is necessary.

Remember, our score cards are fair and balanced.....

Okay, that was just petty. Rolling Eyes

I'm so tired of all the visits. My store gets at least one a month from some top dog for some reason.

I dislike them because it forces us to turn away from what's important--the customers. Associates are more worried about dusting and stuffing stock onto racks then taking care of the customer.

Vickers -- good call

Also tell Store 2 Web King that it is "spelled" not "spelt" while he is making fun of "raindeer".

People make mistakes and sometimes there are typos. No body is perfect.

Thumbs Up

Some folks are also fond of substituting the numeral "2" for the word "to" and "for" becomes "4". Pure laziness. No room to complain or get snarky about someone else's use of the language.

Nofsdad, hope you are not meaning me. I just wanted to show how ridiculous Store2WebKing sounded by putting someone down for spelling wrong, when he is no better. You are right, use some common sense restraint and don't be so petty as to bring up someone elses obviously not intended mistake when you do the same thing.

You are also right - these days as far as spelling, anything goes! At my age, I have finally learned texting with the newfangled short cuts. And it's fun. So, let's all just live and let live. Smile

Enough going on in this world to make people so depressed and sad. Let's all get along and be happy!!!!!!!!!!!

This is reminiscent of my days at Kmart HQ. The basic operating procedure was: "If management wants you to succeed there is nothing you can do to not succeed, BUT, if management does not want you to succeed there is nothing you can do to succeed." New ownership, new company name, new generation of employees but apparently its same old same old.
